Homesite Mortgage spent its first 21 years as a traditional lender. Then a change in the rules opened a new model: Homesite could hire, train, license, and compensate real estate agents — as W-2 “members” — for bringing mortgage transactions in-house. It was a model forbidden just a few years earlier, and one built to scale where their previous business couldn’t.

A Deterministic Compliance Engine
RESPA and HUD provisions are encoded as explicit, versioned rules — required fields, timing, and sequence-of-events — evaluated on every event. Deliberately deterministic, with no AI in the compliance decision, so every result is explainable and defensible.
